Stephanie Howe, PhD is a trail runner and mom living in Chamonix, France. Stephanie loves spending time in the mountains running, skiing and playing with her son. Professionally, Stephanie holds a PhD in nutrition and exercise physiology and works with athletes as a coach and sport nutritionist. As an athlete, Stephanie also races competitively for The North Face, and has won races including Western States 100, Lake Sonoma 50 and Bandera 100k with podium finishes at many others, including UTMB and CCC.
